NEW YEAR’S DAY BRUNCH

As every year, on January 1st, 2020, the Hotel Outre-Mer Hotel offers a « Festive champagne breakfast to discover the flavors of the Normandy region », served from 10 to 12:30 a.m.
Price: € 38 per person / € 25 per child under 12.
Open to all (guests or not of the hotel) by reservation with the hotel.

CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH EASTER DAY

On Easter day, Sunday April 12th, the Hotel Outre-Mer offers a champagne brunch around « Normandy flavors », served from 10 a.m to 12:30 a.m.
Price: € 38 per person / € 25 per child under 12.
Open to all (guests or not of the hotel) by reservation with the hotel.

Due to the force majeure situation linked to the Covid-19 health crisis, we are obliged to cancel this event. Another date may be set depending on the evolution of the situation.

Brunch de Pâques à l'Hôtel Outre-Mer (Villers sur Mer)

GASTRONOMIC LUNCH ON EASTER MONDAY

For the first time, the Hotel Outre-Mer opens its doors at lunchtime a few Sundays throughout the year. In partnership with the « Kiosque Dim Sum » of Villers-sur-Mer, come and experience an intimate gastronomic moment around tasty dishes made over the seasons by chef Laurène and served in the hotel’s tea room facing the sea.


The first edition will take place on
Easter Monday April 13 starting at 12 noon.


On the menu of this lunch facing the sea:

Mimosa or sparkling Mara strawberries from Normandy

Salad of young shoots, fine salting of duck breast, quail eggs, vegetable dressing.

Lamb in Navarin and its just melting glazed spring vegetables.
***
Creamy chocolate, poached pears with sweet spices, crunchy cocoa fleur de sel.
***
Wine and coffee included.


For little gourmets:

Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes and market vegetables

Surprise homemade ice cream
***
Organic apple syrup or juice


Price: € 60 per person / € 20 per child.
Open to all (residents or not of the hotel) by reservation.
20 guests maximum.

Déjeuner gastronomique à l'Hôtel Outre-Mer (Villa Le Couchant)

« WELLNESS AND DETOX » DAY, SUNDAY APRIL 26

Come take care of yourself for a few hours and experience an enchanted parenthesis at the Hotel Outre-Mer on Sunday, April 26th. On the program of this « Well-being and detox » day:
• Relaxation and gentle detox with Charline during her Yoga class
• Culinary advices and detox lunch with Laurène and Florence from the « Kiosque Dim Sum » in Villers-sur-Mer
• Beauty advices and « radiance » facial care with Hélène from « Jolies Dames ».

Price: € 85 per participant
(6 participants minimum / 10 participants maximum).
Open to all (guests or not of the hotel) by reservation with the hotel.
