The nocturnal festivities of summer 2023 in Villers-sur-Mer : night market along the beach, music festival and fireworks !

These summer holidays 2023 are rich in festivities of all kinds to liven up your summer evenings in Villers-sur-Mer !

The beginning of summer in Villers is marked by the presence of a very pretty night market arranged on the promenade which runs along the large fine sandy beach. Every Thursday evening, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., you can discover a number of exhibitors and local artisans while enjoying the sun setting over the sea. Located just at the foot of the Hotel Outre-Mer, this very pleasant walk will be the opportunity to bring back all sorts of lovely souvenirs from your stay by the sea: soft soaps, jewellery, books or a few delicacies to enjoy on the spot or to take away.

Let yourself be seduced by this night market, the soft music of the waves and the sun setting over the sea…

Also facing the setting sun and the sea, the Sable Show Festival has been setting the pace for the Villers summer evenings for 35 years now. Unavoidable !

From July 11 to August 22, every Tuesday and Friday from 9 p.m., find groups from all over France and even from elsewhere for free concerts produced at the Perdrisot amphitheater, just in front of our Boutique Hotel. An eclectic musical selection – pop, swing, funk, including reggae and electro rock or Cuban music – to everyone’s delight! The opportunity to sing and dance to the sound of waves and music!

The first fireworks of the summer season will be fired this year on July 21th at 11 p.m. on the beach in front of the Casino of Villers-sur-Mer. A few weeks later, on August 18th, a second fireworks will be set off, and for the first time, on the beach just in front of the Hôtel Outre-Mer. A magic of colors to contemplate on the fine sand facing the sea, but also from the sea view rooms of our boutique hotel. A certainty, young and old will marvel at this colorful spectacle… Enough to end your day with stars in your eyes!
